1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Please read these Terms Of Use carefully before using Officialvietnamvisa. We may change these Terms of Use from time to time, so please read this agreement whenever using our website.

If you do not agree with the terms stated in this agreement, you should not use any of the services on this website.

2. VISA PROCESSING TIME

The processing time on Officialvietnamvisa based on the time and which date you are applied. Normally, it takes 2 working days (normal service) or 1 working day (urgent service) starting from the next working days after we received your payment (except Saturday, Sunday and Vietnam holidays).

In some cases, Immigration office may require additional documents to verify your information and the processing time may be longer than usual.

Visa on arrival service is completed once the approval letter is sent to your email, we are not responsible for any delay/loss caused by the wrong email addresses provided by applicants. You should check your email or contact us immediately if the approval letter is not delivered on time.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND

By using Visa service on Officialvietnamvisa.com, you should check Visa Fees page. There are two fees that you will need to pay including: Service fee & Stamping fee.

If you wish to cancel your application for any reasons, you must contact us within 06 hours once payment is made. You will receive a full refund of any fees paid for this particular service. However, after 06 hours - we are unable to reimburse you the visa fee.

It is strongly recommended that you supply us with all the exact information, we cannot be held responsible for any visa issued incorrectly due to incorrect visa information and any losses incurred. Also, no refund will be given by us in case incorrect information being supplied at the time of submission.

Visa on arrival is applicable for air travel only, it does not work for travel by land/border crossing. We will not refund in case you do not enter Vietnam by air once your visa approval letter is approved.

All the fees will be refunded in case your application is declined by Immigration office, the refund process may take 7-10 working days depending upon how your credit card company processes refunds. Some times it can take up to 30 days.

4. APPROVAL LETTER ISSUES

The visa approval letter is usually issued in group applicants, therefore, you may see your name, passport number, date of birth, nationality in the same letter as other people. If you want a individual letter, you are required to contact us in advance.

Officialvietnamvisa is not to be held accountability for any issues arising from the group approval letter.

The letter of approval can not be amended once it is issued, make sure that all information you provided is correct. All corrections must be notified us within 8 hours after submission. Otherwise, the applicants will need to re-apply for a new one to make any changes.

After received approval letter, applicants must check carefully all information on it. If any mistakes are found, applicant are advised to contact the us immediately.

If the errors are made on our part, we will process new letter of approval for free, however if it is incorrect information supplied at the time of submission, the applicants will need re-apply and pay the full service fee to obtain a new approval letter.

If you have any problem with the customs at Vietnam airport, not your mistake, you should contact us for helps.

Once you receive your passport with Vietnam visa stamp in it,  please check the visa stamp to ensure visa length and visa type are correct. If there is any mistake on visa length or visa type, you should contact them immediately.

5. DISCLAIMERS

In case your visa application is declined, we are not responsible for any loss, delay or cancellation of your flight ticket, tour or accommodation booking made for your trip to Vietnam. We will refund you the full amount paid to us.

Normally, the waiting time at Vietnam airport takes around 15-20 minutes to get the visa stamped, however, sometimes it may take longer than expected due to the number of applicants arriving at the same time. This is unavoidable problem and we can not be held responsible for any loss incurred.
