How To Apply Vietnam Visa

Complete the application form with the correct details of your name, passport number and arrival date. Please be aware that you CAN NOT change any information once your pre-approval letter is issued, therefore make sure that all information is correct.

Review your provided information and make a payment for visa service fee with your Credit/Debit Card or by cash via Bank Transfer/Western Union. If you find any errors, kindly notify us immediately by phone or email.

We will send you the pre-approval letter via email after 2 working days (or shorter in urgent case). You will need print out the approval letter (color preferred, but not required), fill in the Entry/Exit Form and prepare at least 2 photos in passport size (See what things you need to get your visa at Vietnam airport).

When you arrive at Vietnam airports (Hanoi, Danang, or Ho Chi Minh City), present the your pre-approval letter, passport, photos to the Immigration Officer and pay for the stamping fee. It takes around 15 - 20 minutes for visa stamped on your passport without hassle or trouble (Read our guide for visa procedures at Vietnam airports).
